The list of users subscribed to our application can be accessed by clicking on the Users menu at the top of the screen. From this view we can see detailed information about the users of the app, including: the number of times they've run it, the number of issues they've had, the devices they are running the app on, and any session information that was recorded during the running of the app:
The dropdown list allows us to refine users and filter them by Time, Country, Device, and OS.
Working with User Details
Selecting a given user from the list displays details of their activities in the application in the User Details Panel, as illustrated below:
The Overview tab is displayed by default and gives a brief rundown of the information that Xamarin Insights has on a given user, including the number of sessions that the user has run in the app and any open errors or warnings. It also shows a glance of their location, the devices that they are running the app on, and a quick summary of the latest Traits, and Issues.
The Issues section allows you to see quickly and clearly any issues that a particular user has been facing:
Clicking on a given issue title will allow you to drill into the details of that issue and provides information to track the steps that causes the error.

Finally, the Sessions tab provides a trace of the user's actions when using the application as recorded by calling the
